OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS

RULES & REGULATIONS These Rules & Regulations (the "Rules") govern the monthly Sew & Show (& Win!) contest (the "Contest") running on www.lovesewing.com (the "Site"). The act of entering this contest constitutes acceptance of the Rules and decision(s) of the Contests’ judge (the "Judge").

CONTEST The Contest commences at 10:00 a.m. (EST) on the first (1st) day of every calendar month and closes at 10:00 a.m. (EST) (the "Closing Time") on the last day of every calendar month (the "Contest Period"). The one (1) first prize winner of the Contest will receive a prize worth at least $100 (CDN) (the "Prize"), in addition to having their video and credits posted on the Site, in perpetuity. The second (2nd) and third (3rd) place winners may have their video and credits posted on the Site, in perpetuity. The Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILITY This Contest is open to anyone who is 16 years of age or over at the time of entry, excluding employees, officers, and directors of www.lovesewing.com ("The Sewing Studio”/ “The Sewing Studio Online”/ “Live Lujo Inc.”) and any companies affiliated with The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc., as well as representatives, dealers, and agents of The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc., contest suppliers and the Judge, any immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings, and spouses, wherever they reside) and those with whom any of them are domiciled. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is voidable where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER To be entered for a chance to win, visit the Contest page on the Site and fully complete and submit the contest entry form found at www.lovesewing.com. Entries will not be eligible if submitted by any method, which is not specified above, or if the entry is not received prior to the Closing Time. There is no limit to the number of entries per household.

PRIZE In this Contest, there is a total of one (1) Prize. The potential for any contestant to win the Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

JUDGMENT On the last day of every calendar month, the prize winner will be chosen by the Judge. All entries will be reviewed by the Judge and the winner chosen from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

GENERAL In order to arrange delivery or pickup of the Prize, the winning contestant will be contacted by telephone or email by a representative of The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc. at the telephone number or email provided in the contestant’s entry.
The selected winner agrees to (i) grant The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc. the right to use the contestant's personal information, image, and video (the "Personal Information"); (ii) release The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc. and its directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, and affiliates of and from any and all liability arising out of use of the Personal Information and the administration of the Contest; (iii) confirm compliance with the Rules.
In all matters relating to the promotion and awarding of the Prize, the Judge’s rulings are final and without appeal. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy the Rules, may be disqualified by The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc. The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc. take no responsibility for typographical or other production errors.
The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc. are not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest. All entries become property of The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc.
The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc. will use contestants’ personal information to administer the Contest including contacting, announcing, and promoting the grand prize winner. As well, The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc. may also use contestants’ Personal Information to keep contestants informed about other offers and promotions of The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc.
The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc. assume no responsibility for failure of the internet or the Site itself during the Contest Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or any web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a contestant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from accessing any material on the Site. The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc. reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug, or other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of the Rules. Should any such attempt be made, The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc. reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, and is not convertible into cash.
If the identity of a contestant is disputed or in question, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the contestant. The individual assigned to the email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected contestant may be required to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid email account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purpose of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be subject to the Contest server machines.

The Sewing Studio and Live Lujo Inc. reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Contest and the Rules at any time.
