COPY YOUR CLOTHES Do you have a favorite skirt that you should have bought in every color? Maybe you have a dress in a fabric that’s no longer in style. In this intermediate course, you’ll learn how to copy your clothes by creating a pattern from two existing garments. First, we’ll show you how to create a pattern from a simple skirt (don’t worry, we won’t be asking you to rip your skirt apart). Then, you can create a pattern again using a second garment. We won’t be sewing in this class—the focus is on basic pattern drafting. If you decide to sew your garments on your own time between classes, your instructor will guide you through what to do before you leave each class. Be a slave to sales no longer!
