SEWING PARTIES

Throw a sewing party at The Sewing Studio or in your own home and make a simple project from start to finish with your friends. Bring nothing but yourselves (we provide the supplies, the instruction, and the support) and celebrate a wedding, a birthday, a baby, or nothing at all with an afternoon or evening of crafting and chatting.

PARTIES FOR KIDS! Sewing parties can accommodate even the youngsters. We’ll do birthday or any-occasion parties for teens, kids (as young as 6-years-old), or even mother/daughter groups.

PARTY FOR FREE: Bring five friends and you party for FREE!

Sewing parties include:
• All fabric, notions, and supplies for the project
• Take-home sewing supplies and goodie bags
• Snacks and treats
• Use of sewing machines

Customize your sewing party with the following options:
• Pick a project of your own or one that caters to a theme: flannel pants for a sleepover, carryall totes for a fashion fête, hooded towels for a baby shower, pillow shams for a housewarming.
• Host the party at your own home.
• Have guests bring their own sewing machines.
• Include lunch or dinner.

Cost: From $40/person

Party length: Four hours

Prerequisite: Sewing parties are suitable for any skill level and require at least five partygoers.
